2. Handmade Disclaimer & Product Representation

  • Handcrafted Nature: Since our products (including tote bags and accessories) are handmade, minor variations in stitching, patterns, and sizing are natural characteristics of craft production and are not considered defects.

  • Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display our product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in mobile screens, monitors, and studio lighting, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from the images shown.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed on our store at our sole discretion. This includes orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

  • Pricing/System Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch, typographical error, or inventory mismatch, TeeJee Fashion reserves the right to cancel the order, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. If your payment was already processed, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Abuse & Fake Orders

  • Legally Binding Purchase: Placing a Cash on Delivery order is a legally binding commitment to pay for and accept the package upon delivery.

  • Malicious Orders: Placing fake orders with dummy names, invalid phone numbers, or fake addresses is a waste of courier resources and a direct loss to our business.

  • Action Against Fraud: We actively monitor and log IP addresses and phone numbers. If a package is deliberately refused or if fake details are used, we reserve the right to blacklist the customer nationwide across shared e-commerce merchant databases and decline all future services.

5. Limitation of Liability

TeeJee Fashion, its owners, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, delay in shipping by third-party courier services, or the inability to use our website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising from transactions on this store will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
