Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at TeeJee Fashion! We aim to deliver your handcrafted packages safely and as quickly as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We deliver all across Pakistan using trusted courier services (such as TCS, Leopards, or Trax).

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). You will receive a confirmation message once your order is processed.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

    • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Standard flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 applies to all orders nationwide.

    • We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 6,000.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules & Abuse Policy

To ensure our riders' safety and prevent courier losses:

  • Verification Call/SMS: We reserve the right to cancel any Cash on Delivery order if the customer does not verify their order via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If a COD parcel is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, the customer will be blacklisted from placing future COD orders on our store. Any future purchases must be prepaid via bank transfer.

  • Incomplete Addresses: Please ensure you provide a complete address (House number, Street name, Sector/Block, and Nearest Landmark). Courier companies will not attempt delivery to incomplete addresses.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the courier service, you will receive an automated tracking link and tracking number via SMS and/or Email. You can use this link to check the live status of your delivery.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives physically damaged or torn on the outside, please do not accept the delivery from the courier rider. Take a photo of the damaged flyer/box and contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

If a package is marked as "delivered" by the courier service but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours so we can open an investigation with the courier company.

5. International Shipping

We are currently gearing up to offer international shipping!

  • At this moment, international orders are only accepted on a custom request basis.

  • If you are ordering from outside Pakistan, please contact our team via WhatsApp or DM to get a custom quote on shipping rates and delivery times.

  • Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival in their destination country.
